Dr. Ashley Coatney works as a Primary Care Provider in the Central Valley. She specializes in Women’s Health and Fertility, providing care for all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. She also works as a doula for existing patients in specialized cases, and provides hospital advocacy during birth and surgical procedures.

Dr. Ashley Coatney, Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM), Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine (MTCM) and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner (CFMP) — received her Doctorate of Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine and Integrative Health from Five Branches University in 2017.
Ashley has over 20 years experience in the healing arts from a wide variety of teachings. Ashley studied in China, specializing in pediatrics and pain management.
Her treatments are customized to the individual — often including acupuncture, hot stones, fire cupping, magnet therapy, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, as well as vibrational medicine with bowls & tuning forks. She consults on medical lab analysis utilizing nutrition, Chinese herbs and supplements.
Ashley is also a skilled aromatherapist of over 30 years. She has crafted many of her own oil blends to balance the organ systems and meridians, and usually includes aromatherapy in each of her sessions.
Her passion is in truly serving people at the level they are able to receive for their highest good. She is an intuitive, gentle and compassionate practitioner that will treat you wherever you are in your life.
